Paperwork for TA is on its way to CCAI

Well, we are finally one step closer to our TA or Travel Approval that comes from the CCAA which basically means that we can start checking on flights and making arrangements for travel. The last piece that we'll need after the TA is our CA or Consulate Appointment which gives us the date that we will go to the Consulate in Guangzhou, China to make it all completely official and get Aiden's VISA and passport. We went through the same process when we adopted Ella in 2006. Oh the memories!!!!!!!!!!!!

Basically, our agency has told us to expect to travel in 6-8 weeks which means we could be leaving as early as May 25-29 or as late as June 15-19 which would be great because then I wouldn't have to use any of my days and wouldn't miss any school at the end of the year but .......... if they called on Monday and said, "pack your bags," I'd be packing so fast you wouldn't believe it.

Stay posted for more updates!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
