Gotcha Day! We have Aiden!

With much joy and anticipation, we announce that we have a new son! His name is Aiden Mark Guang Cuares and he absolutely adorable. We are so in love! He only cried for about 2 mintues but we pulled out his toy cars and then some M&M's and he was happy. His orphanage was late dropping him off (an hour late) so it was hard waiting when we 6 of the families had their babies and we still didn't have Aiden. We saw the van pull up and then we saw the first little boy get out, Brett from the Bolton family, then we saw Aiden get out and then it hit me, that is MY son right there. The memories of us getting Ella nearly 3 years ago came rushing back and here we were again adding to our family in China. What a wonderful gift we received as an anniversary present! Don't you agree?

Ella has been very, very good with the whole day and she has been showing what a great big sister she is going to be. She has fed him snacks, helped him get drinks from his cup and a water bottle, and helped me give him his first bath due to a rather messy diaper right after lunch. He is very happy and loves looking out the window of our hotel room. He says something when he's looking outside but we can't tell what it is. There is so much to tell but right now that it's hard to even describe what's going on as we type. 

It's currently 5pm Monday afternoon.  Ella and Aiden are running around in the hotel room.  Aiden loves to press buttons.  Whenever Ella watches something on her little DVD player, Aiden comes up and starts pressing every button his little fingers can reach.  Teresa is down in the lobby finalizing a few documents.  I'm hoping both of them will take there naps since neither of them had one today.  Anyway, I'm going to sign off now and enjoy my two kids!
